Key Responsibilities
- Bus dishes from tables to the kitchen to reduce turnover time and keep tables available for incoming customers.
- Clean high-touch surfaces and maintain ice wells to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Distribute glassware and perform bathroom checks to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Pre-bus dishes from guests and complete side work duties to support the team.
