As a Resort Maintenance Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests by providing quality results and maintaining our common areas and grounds in perfect working order.
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for performing all general facility common area and exterior maintenance under supervision, ensuring the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production. This includes performing pool and hot tub maintenance, cleaning and maintaining outside landscapes, and conducting exterior/common area cleanliness and maintenance. You'll also assist Housekeeping in delivering and picking up daily housekeeping supplies for departure units and clean and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies to your supervisor.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or with others as needed. Basic handyman skills are required, along with a commitment to adhering to our safety programs.
