Common Area Maintenance Tech

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Common Area Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our common areas, including pools, hot tubs, landscaping, and exterior facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance tasks under supervision to ensure optimum quality and efficient production.
• Conduct pool and hot tub maintenance, including cleaning and balancing daily chemicals.
• Assist Housekeeping in delivering and picking up daily housekeeping supplies for departure units.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
• Perform exterior/common area cleanliness and maintenance tasks, including maintaining cleanliness of fitness equipment, guest laundry, courtyard, barbeques, painting, power washing, and exterior lighting.
• Clean and inspect in-building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Compensation:

$18.50 per hour.
