As a Vacation Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our common areas and grounds, ensuring they're always in perfect working order. Your tasks will include performing general facility maintenance under supervision, cleaning and maintaining outside landscapes, and conducting exterior/common area cleanliness and maintenance. You'll also clean and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies to your supervisor.
