Ensure the safe and efficient operation of DOC's fleet by supporting vehicle allocation, maintenance, and compliance. Maintain GPS tracking of all assets and ensure technicians have access to well-functioning vehicles as needed.

Essential Functions
- Monitor driver performance using Intellishift, addressing safety concerns like speeding, harsh braking, and fuel usage.
- Ensure all fleet assets are actively utilized and GPS tracking is operational.
- Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records across all systems.
- Oversee vehicle registrations, maintenance schedules, and rental setups as needed.
- Investigate auto accidents, manage claims, and escalate safety concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with managers on quarterly vehicle and driver safety audits.
- Drive safety initiatives and training programs to keep our technicians and fleet operating efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and cost-conscious.
