What are we looking for?
We are hiring a Full-Time Office Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our plumbing company and providing the support our team needs to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and care
- Managing permit applications and ensuring timely approvals
- Handling accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
- Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining organized records
- Supporting the team with scheduling and resource coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with A/R and A/P processes
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with office software
