The Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting efforts, generate high-quality pipeline, and be a key player in Dock’s growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in outbound sales, is hungry to build pipeline, and wants a clear path to an AE role.

What You’ll Do :

  • Outbound Prospecting : Identify and engage ideal customer profiles through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Pipeline Generation : Drive new business opportunities and build a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Qualified Meetings : Secure high-quality meetings with decision-makers to support the sales team.
  • Sales Collaboration : Partner with AEs to develop outreach strategies and target key accounts effectively.
  • Track & Optimize : Leverage sales tools and engagement data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Compensation :

  • OTE : 80-100K
  • Incentives : Additional incentives past monthly quota quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets.
  • Compensation includes a mix of base salary, commission, and equity.
  • Who You Are

  • 1 years of outbound SDR / BDR experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow into an AE role.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, SalesLoft).
