As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taqueria, including bussing tables and cleaning work areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the food industry or retail is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, particularly upselling, to maximize customer satisfaction.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed.
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move 50-75 lbs safely multiple times throughout the day.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
