About Us:
We are a team of people helping people. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our team, our clients, potential clients, our community and the companies we work with.
As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.
Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with an early day leaving at 3pm every other week after a 90 day review.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process emails and phone messages daily and document in agency management system
- Manage daily tasks in agency system
- Processing insurance endorsements for clients
- Assisting our agents in client follow up
- Once a policy is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system
- Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Articulate and professional voice in person and on the phone
- Have a pleasant appearance and attitude
- Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, agency management systems, and CRMs
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical, and honest

Job Requirements:
- Maintain a valid insurance license and continuing education
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform moderate work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
