About the Role
- We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to help people get in touch with qualified professionals.
- In this job, you'll talk to customers on the phone and give them a great experience.

What You’ll Do
- Take incoming calls from customers and put them in touch with approved insurance agents.
- Help people with questions about their insurance benefits and point them in the right direction for the best answers.
- Make connections with people that matter and make sure they have a good experience.
- Work together with a friendly and fun group of people to reach common goals.
What You Bring
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask.
- A willingness to work with others and a strong desire to connect with others.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and listening skills, as well as a sincere desire to help
others.
- Must be able to work onsite in Clearwater, Florida without any problems.
- Ability to pass a felony background check.
