Job Description:

As a Medical Provider at DOCS Medical Group, you will play a critical role in delivering and managing direct patient care for a diverse patient population. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
Providing value-based care by engaging patients and their families or caregivers in understanding, setting, and monitoring self-management care plans.
Documenting individualized care plans and coordinating care in the patient’s medical record.
Analyzing patients' medical history, medication allergies, physical condition, and examination findings to determine the most appropriate care.
Prescribing medications and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
Referring patients to specialists or internal medicine when necessary.
Directing and coordinating patient care activities with nursing and support staff as needed.
Upholding and promoting patient rights and privacy.
Responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Participating in meetings to evaluate practice processes, workflows, patient care, and quality improvement efforts.
Engaging in specified health promotion, education, and prevention programs.
Participating in population health activities as directed by the practice.
Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement initiatives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Valid Medical License (Required)
Work authorization (Required)
Doctorate degree (Preferred)
Board Certification or eligibility (Preferred)
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
