Position Details:
- Work-Life Balance: Part-time position, working Monday through Friday in the afternoons, covering shifts typically between 1:30pm - 6:00pm.
- Pay: starting at $13.00, based on experience
- Work Location: In person at our veterinary hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Cash Handling: Process payments for services, manage cash drawers, and handle transactions as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, maintain patient records, and help organize files and documents.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for pet owners.
Ideal Candidate:
- Skills:
- Multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.
- Basic cash handling experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
