Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a motivated new graduate looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on preventive care and overall wellness.
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license (or eligibility to obtain).
- National certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Medicine.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
