We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Clinic Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee office operations, support patient care, and contribute to the growth of the clinic by utilizing your expertise in internet skills, graphic design, and management. Responsibilities
Office Operations:
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Cross-train in various office positions to provide valuable support and flexibility when needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment that welcomes patients.
Patient Care and Checkout:
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and compassion.
- Handle patient checkout duties efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions at the end of their visit.
- Educate patients about the benefits of nutritional supplements, leveraging baseline knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and health.
- Assist patients with questions related to supplements, offering accurate information and recommendations.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
- Address patient complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements for optimized office operations.
Communication and Accountability:
- Foster effective communication and teamwork among office staff, cultivating a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Demonstrate initiative by addressing challenges and contributing to the team's success.
- Show accountability and dependability by consistently showing up for work on scheduled days, ready to support the team and serve patients.
Additional Roles:
- Manage Textedly marketing system to engage patients and promote clinic services.
- Schedule appointments and prepare patient charts for smooth office operations.
- Run the front desk and cash register as needed, ensuring efficient service.
- Manage inventory and ensure necessary supplies are well-stocked and organized.
Preferred (not required):
- Baseline knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and health.
- Experience leading informal group seminars or classes.
- Certification as a phlebotomist or medical assistant.
- Bilingual capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
