Here is what you would do:
The Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for assisting with managing any and all landscape & lawn care maintenance aspects of Doctor's Lawn and Landscape. You’d be responsible for client satisfaction, providing quality, cost-effective services by scheduling and directing personnel and resources efficiently. You would be a mentor and leader to our crew leaders and crew members and a part of creating a company culture that is built around empowering their employees.
Summary
As an Account Manager at Doctor's Lawn & Landscape, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional landscaping services tailored to each customer's needs. The Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary contact for Doctor's clients. They build and sustain long-term relationships, focusing on both client retention and ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. The Account Manager supervises the production to ensure quality contorl.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a schedule to perform “site walkthroughs” during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the community.

- Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
- Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
- Utilize Aspire to manage client accounts and track sales activities effectively.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and sales performance.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Landscape Maintenance Division Manager.
Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
- 5 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace.
- Ability to coach, manage, and develop a team of 20 people.
- Must be able to travel.
- 2 or 4 year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry is a plus.

Pay: $55,474.00 - $65,000.00 per year
