Job Summary and Qualifications

The program assistant provides clerical support to the Director of the Women’s Center and others as assigned. The program assistant supports Family Centered Maternity Care, maintains a professional demeanor to include confidentiality of sensitive information on a need to know basis, payroll, time and attendance and employee HR issues. This position includes data collection, preparation for presentations, procurement of departmental supplies and other duties as assigned to insure the units operate efficiently.

What you will do:

• You will assist the Director of department and support Family Centered Maternity care
• You will collect data, prepare presentations, procurement of departmental supplies and other duties as assigned to ensure the units operate efficiently
• You will ensure that the units operate efficiently and smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in a Healthcare related field preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
