This leadership position supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in providing high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care across multiple units at our hospital. The Director will oversee Med Surg areas and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level. This position requires 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas and accountability to the CNO to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
