Our walk-in clinic is a fast-growing multi-million-dollar urgent care corporation looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist or Patient Access Representative. We have over 25 locations nationwide and staffing over 300 employees across 5 different states and have been recently featured on Inc. 5000 in 2021.

The Medical Receptionist job duties include but are not limited to:
- Increase patient volume
- Excellent patient service
- Register patients
- Verify insurances
- Answer phones
Requirements for the Medical Receptionist position include:
- Have at least one (1) year of verifiable, clinical work experience in an Emergency Department, Hospital, or Urgent Care environment as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Front Desk, or Patient Access Representative.
- Ability to pass our internal clinical assessment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include 8-13 hour shifts (both are available!) plus 1-2 on-call shifts (which come with a $50 shift bonus!)
- Some weekend shifts are required as we are open 7 days a week for our patients
- Required to travel to different locations within an hour radius for coverage in times of critical business demands or staffing needs (with bonus)
- Required to have a valid driver's license
- Must provide proof of reliable transportation
- Able to sit, walk, reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
- Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
- Occasionally required to lift moderate weight (20-40 pounds)
- Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust or focus.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
