Front Desk Receptionist:

The Front Desk Receptionist at DWLC plays a key role in managing the daily operations for doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries at the Center.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all patients with enthusiasm and helpfulness.
• Direct patients to sign in upon arrival and gather necessary information.
• Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Copy/scan and verify patients’ DL cards.
• Check patients' medical records for accuracy before meds
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines.
• Organizational skills training preferred.
• Computer courses preferred.
