We are seeking a Director Operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the site's daily operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the document processing and related operational activities as required for specific accounts or services
- Manages daily operations in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner. Effectively implements business process plans through effective communication, establishing priorities, delegation of assignments and continuous follow-up to meet and exceed throughput and quality metrics.
- Establishes and monitors metrics for assigned operations. Analyzes performance to identify and develop recommendations to improve policies and practices. Ensures operational and customer service levels and processes are met and followed on a daily basis.
- Directs involvement with customer service and account management to ensure understanding and resolving customer related issues, both internal and external. Addresses and resolves customer related issues within the required timeframes.
- Procure materials and partners to augment performance
- Manage to acceptable financial performance per budget
