What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Lead and manage a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants in the Public Sector vertical
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Mentor and coach team members on understanding complex business challenges and product offerings
  • Oversee product demonstrations, customer engagements, and proof of concepts
  • Act as a thought leader and represent the employer's solutions at industry events and conferences

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 12 years of overall experience in Public Sector presales
  • 5 years of people management experience within Public Sector software presales
  • BA / BS or equivalent experience in a business or technical-related field
  • Proven track record of driving value selling methodologies and success in selling SaaS solutions
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • 15 years of experience in a technical presales role selling enterprise-level software
  • Strong understanding of Public Sector regulatory bodies and their impact on the industry
  • Familiarity with electronic signature concepts and enterprise-class software systems (ERP, CRM, ECM)
  • Demonstrated public speaking and thought leadership in the Public Sector space
  • Experience in building and enabling a rapidly growing team
