What you'll do
The Vice President of GTM Channels & Campaigns will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a transformative leader who can inspire and lead a global team of marketing professionals, handle significant budgets, and drive measurable results across various digital channels. This role will also own email marketing, campaigns, and marketing operations, ensuring that all efforts are strategically aligned and implemented perfectly.This position is a people manager role reporting to the GVP, Growth Marketing.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
- Encourage professional growth and development among team members to build a successful team
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels globally, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media
- Develop a multi-touch campaign model to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Develop and be responsible for strategic marketing campaigns from inception to completion
- Craft compelling and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the company's brand voice and value proposition
- Be responsible for the end-to-end campaign launch process, ensuring timely and effective execution across all channels
- Drive lead generation efforts to build a robust pipeline for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales to ensure leads are effectively cultivated and converted
- Establish and maintain a robust framework for measuring the return on investment of all marketing campaigns
- Use data and analytics to continuously refine and improve campaign performance
- Set clear performance targets and critical metrics for all marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Create a return on investment model to measure the efficiency of every action, asset, and campaign
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with overall business objectives
- Act as an agency with regions as customers and Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) as campaign account directors
- Handle marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and enhance return on investment
- Ensure paid spend efficiency and drive integrated planning and campaign execution
- Stay informed about industry trends, standard methodologies, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, SEO, and paid media
- Leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics
- Optimize the team for better operational rigor as the largest user of MarTech
- Partner with key collaborators in the IT team to enhance marketing operations and spend efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business results
- Ensure accountability for paid spend efficiency, integrated planning, campaign execution, and channel return on investment
- Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 15 years of marketing experience
- Experience in a senior performance marketing role, preferably at the VP level
- Experience in digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media
- Experience in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Experience using analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance effectively
- Experience building, leading and managing impactful marketing teams
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, SEO strategies, and paid media campaigns
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and enhancing return on investment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or military service
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and use new technologies to drive innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $224,800.00 - $360,050.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
