The Retail Associate Lead II will be responsible for managing and overseeing staff in their assigned location by assigning zones, scheduling breaks and lunches accordingly, assisting with great customer service, receiving merchandise into location, ensuring locations are maintained, stocked and organized. Training new staff when needed. Communicating promos and other important information from management to staff. In addition, Retail Associate Lead II will be responsible for meeting daily UPT (units per transaction), ADS (average dollar sale) goal and opening and closing the location securely. The Retail Associate Lead II will be responsible for exceptional customer service, merchandise sales, maintaining inventory, transactions and register balancing.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register (opening, closing and balancing)
- Receive merchandise
- Stock merchandise
- Maintain organization of retail location
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year prior retail experience is helpful
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Knowledge of baseball a plus
- Exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills
