Dodson Pest Control, one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States, is seeking applicants for the position of District (Branch) Manager in your area. Our growing team of over 650 employees continues the tradition of excellence established in 1944 and proudly serves customers in six states and the District of Columbia.

Experience in the pest control industry is required, as is a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. Knowledge of industry specific local, state and federal regulations is a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Oversee all operations of the local office including hiring and training of personnel, organizing and planning work schedules, budgeting, and fleet management.
- Review and analyze P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly.
- Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well customer needs are being met. Be sure that key customers are visited regularly.
- Problem solve and provide logical solutions in situations of customer concerns and team member conflict.
- Ensure that all branch office team members are fulfilling their individual job purpose descriptions and meeting their individual responsibilities
- Show a willingness to adjust the standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers
- Dodson Pest Control offices are not open on Saturdays
