Your Role
The Inside Sales Support Specialist will partner with Key Account Managers to assist with maintaining and expanding customer relationships. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will support the Key Account Management team and the Customers they represent, to field all pre-sales requirements from our customers within the Lead to Order process. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will act as a liaison between the Commercial organization and the internal local and global cross functional partners to input, prioritize, expedite, and troubleshoot customer requests, to over deliver against our customers expectations. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will identify areas for improvement in systems, processes, and internal communication with the goal of improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solid relationships with Key Account Managers, Customers, and Internal Partners.
- Ensure an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
- Assist in Contract Management, forecasting, tracking, reporting.
- Request and track samples, Regulatory documentation, and price quotations.
- Ensure efficient and effective processes for data integrity in the company's internal IT systems and their documentation.
- Partner with Key Account Manager to ensure a healthy and viable project pipeline.
- Interface with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Experience in the food or beverage industry strongly preferred.
- Organized, supportive, self-starter with a positive can do attitude.
- Must reside within a 50 mile radius of Cartersville, GA, North Brunswick, NJ or Chicago, IL.
