- Greeting visitors or customers
- Answering emails
- Handling inquiries
- Directing calls
- Time management skills
- Taking and distributing messages
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- Managing and maintaining files
- Comfortable with computers/scanners
- Managing schedules and booking appointments
- Receiving mail and deliveries
- Taking supply inventory weekly
- Assist with company events
- Work in other departments within the organization and assist as available with any special projects
- Be an effective and positive team player and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel), Google docs
- Previous experience working with animals a plus, but not a requirement
- Every other weekend required
- Reception Hours: 8-4:30P OR 9-530P M-F, 8-4 SAT, 10-4 SUN
- Kennel Tech Hours: 6A-1P, 1P-8P 7 days/week
- Pay: $15-$16/hr
- Part time: 20-30 hours per week
