Responsibilities
- Create weekly marketing emails for current clients (Canva experience a plus)
- Weekend Instagram stories (Sat/Sun)
- Assist with monthly local off site events to include researching and helping choose the events we will attend
- Assist with distributing in person marketing materials to the community
- Assist with staff scheduling (company currently uses ADP)
- Facility inventory to include marketing material inventory
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative and/or Marketing Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
