Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist at our new Dog Boarding and Daycare Facility to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Dogs and Gingr scheduling software is a plus.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Booking reservations and checking in dogs.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.

Skills
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience with dogs or in similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
