We’re looking for a dependable, self-starting individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Dog Trainer in the Charleston, Summerville, and surrounding areas.
This isn’t a job about dogs — it’s a job about people.
Yes, we love dogs, but our success comes from our ability to teach owners. If you’re not comfortable guiding and coaching people in their own homes, this isn’t the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Work hands-on with clients and their dogs in private in-home sessions
- Follow our proven training methods and all client care procedures
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients
- Help owners implement training techniques with confidence
- Participate in hands-on training with our experienced owner
- Travel locally (Charleston, Summerville, and nearby areas)
Requirements:
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Confident communicator with people from all walks of life
✅ Self-motivated and reliable
✅ Able to follow established procedures and company guidelines
✅ Willing to learn and apply balanced dog training techniques
✅ Must have your own reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
✅ Able to pass a background check
✅ Must be very dependable — our clients (and their dogs) count on you!
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Prior experience working with animals or in a teaching role
- Interest in long-term growth in the dog training industry
