Front Desk / Dog Care Associate

Looking for a fellow dog lover who is looking to work with our furry friends. This position will be for our front desk and for direct dog care. Experience with dogs is not necessary but a passion to work around them is an absolute must.

The front desk duties include greeting customers, answering phones and emails, speaking with customers and selling them on our services, making reservations, filing and general administrative tasks. We would like to have someone with a warm and outgoing personality who can help us grow the business, pays attention to details, is committed to exceptional customer service and can work well with others.

Our dog care position is directly in charge of caring for the animals who are staying or just playing with us. Feeding, walking, administering medications, cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning, assembling meals, watching a group of dogs in an open play room and ensuring all dogs are healthy and well taken care of are all duties for this position.

This position is for the front desk and working directly with the dogs but want the person to be open to any area we may need to cover. Team players are a must!!!

Shifts range from early AM until the evening. Weekends and holidays are busy periods around here so please have open availability. Main time for the this shift would be late AM until early/mid PM on the weekdays and AM until early evening on weekends. But early AM until early afternoon is also needed at times and can change at times.

Pay will be discussed during the interview process.

• Rotating weekends

• High school or equivalent (Required)
