Job Summary
The Receptionist will perform clerical tasks, communicate callers and customer inquiries to the appropriate party, greet and assist customers. Other duties will include supporting the Collision Center.

The Receptionist will perform clerical tasks, communicate callers and customer inquiries to the appropriate party, greet and assist customers. Other duties will include supporting the Collision Center.
Essential Functions
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
- Set appointments
- Handle customer inquiries both by phone and email
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Great customer service skills
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to analyze problems and problem solving
- Great organizational skills
