About the Position
Doggett is seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll play a vital role in promoting the sales of service, parts, and whole-good attachments as a customer solution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy machinery operations and safety guidelines, as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills. You'll be responsible for maintaining technical knowledge of Doggett products and services, providing technical assistance where applicable, and utilizing CRM tools to document and track sales activities.
- Sell machine maintenance and repair services, parts, hoses, oils, extended warranties, preventative maintenance agreements, whole goods attachments, and other management-approved products.
- Maintain technical knowledge of Doggett products and services and provide technical assistance where applicable.
- Utilize CRM tools to fully document, track, record, follow-up, and capture all related sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare written quotes and estimates to customers and coordinate service calls in conjunction with the Service Department process.
- Promote sales of Loyalty Parts, all other parts sales, and Parts Department promotions as directed by the Parts Manager.
