What You Will Do:

Employee Advocate: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and championing a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Growth Facilitator: Design and roll out engaging training and development programs that inspire and empower our employees.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze HR metrics to optimize processes and support strategic business initiatives.

Policy Wizard: Keep our HR policies up-to-date and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while promoting a culture of transparency.

Workplace Safety: Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace safety program.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!).

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR management or a similar role.

A passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
