We are looking for someone with dog daycare experience, multiple years in the dog industry, and knowledge of leading a team of dog professionals. We are looking for someone who knows dog body language, has dog pack play experience, and is self-motivated with experience leading a team and keeping focused on the tasks.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of the facility.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for the care, feeding, and playtime activities of dogs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the facility.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dog professionals.
  • Schedule and assign team duties to ensure adequate coverage and quality care for all dogs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service:

  • Interact with pet owners to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address any dog concerns with all humans in the facility quickly and calmly.

Financial:

  • Properly track usage of services in the facility to make sure all services are being billed properly.
  • Making sure that we receive payments for all services before service is rendered.

Health and Safety:

  • Monitor the health and well-being of all dogs in the facility.
  • Implement and enforce health protocols, including vaccinations and hygiene practices.
  • Respond effectively to any emergencies or medical issues, coordinating with veterinary services as needed.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies both in the park and with our remote team of pet professionals.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Oversee maintenance of the facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for dogs and team.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, including food, bedding, and cleaning materials.
  • During an emergency solve for all humans and dogs exiting the park in a organized method.
  • Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the facility and attract new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and collaborate with marketing around special promotions and events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative services to enhance the facility's offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
