Quality Assurance Role

The Quality Control Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring quality control processes comply with industry standards.

This position requires strong communication skills to interact with shop floor workers and department leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality control team to ensure all fabrication work meets Dogwood's quality expectations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1/D1.2 and other relevant standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently seated at a computer desk, utilizing a phone, and participating in meetings with colleagues.
• Ability to reach overhead, work in various positions, and lift up to 40 pounds of weight.
