What you will do as an Office Admin :
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips
- Enter and code invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of AP transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audits and provide the necessary documentation
