Senior Human Resource Generalist (On-Site) – Maple Grove, MN

We are partnering with a leading organization in the printing and manufacturing industry to find a Senior Human Resource Generalist for their Maple Grove, MN facility. This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing the full scope of HR functions, including policy development, legal compliance, recruitment, compensation, and safety.
What You’ll Do :
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance to leadership and employees on all HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, along with company policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies while supporting corporate goals and initiatives.
- Conduct investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace concerns, collaborating with legal counsel as needed.
- Provide coaching and support to managers regarding employee relations and performance management.
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning opportunities, and lead employee development programs.
- Oversee salary and wage administration, participate in compensation benchmarking, and provide recommendations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including working with external staffing partners and technical schools.
- Plan and execute company events, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
- Participate in safety and corporate initiatives to enhance workplace well-being.
