Technical Manager – Production

  • 120,000 - $130,000 per year

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for maintenance, machine operations, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Technical Manager – Production to oversee our Maintenance, Machine, and Tooling Shops, ensuring all production equipment and tooling operate efficiently, safely, and at peak performance.

  • What You’ll Do : ? Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production assets and buildings
  • Evaluate and enhance machine and tool capabilities using Lean techniques, RCM, and ZFA
  • Lead the installation and start-up of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and SOP regulations
  • Oversee the manufacturing of tooling and spare parts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
  • Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and software systems for equipment and machinery
  • Supervise and mentor a team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Assist with budgeting, planning, and cost-benefit analyses
  • What You Bring : ? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years of leadership experience in maintenance, machine shop, and engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC machines, Lean principles, ISO & HSE standards
  • Experience with RCM, MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and project management
