The Senior Project Estimator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate bid proposals and scope analysis for potential projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and other documents to successfully bid jobs at a profit.
- Negotiate with customers and communicate with DSI staff.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure accurate transferring of information and defining of scope.
Requirements
- Experience in working with purchasing, labor, equipment, and transportation costs.
- Able to quantify labor and material costs on a project.
- Computer skills preferred: Tekla EPM PowerFab.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred), or equivalent experience.
Our Benefits
- $100,000 - $125,000 per year for Senior Level.
- $75,000-$85,000 per year for Non Senior Level.
