Job description: Expert Senior Estimator/Project Manager - Civil Construction Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee high-profile, complex civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and expansion.

- Develop and oversee the creation of highly accurate and detailed cost estimates for complex civil construction projects.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project specifications, plans, and bid documents.
- Lead the development and presentation of compelling bid proposals.
- Project Leadership & Execution:
- Provide expert leadership and management for all phases of assigned projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and business development initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities and market trends.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil highway construction estimation and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex civil construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Mastery of estimating software and project management tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and solve critical problems.
- Strong understanding of financial management and contract administration.
- Valid professional engineering license is a strong plus.
