Doherty | The Employment Experts is pleased to partner with a leading manufacturing company to seek a qualified Facilities Management Supervisor. As a key member of our client's facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities on assigned shifts, ensuring equipment is properly maintained for maximum productivity and reliability.
In this role, you will supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure timely repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and enforcing company policies, as well as preparing and managing the maintenance budget.
