Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a prominent manufacturer to fill a Production Supervisor position. The selected candidate will earn an annual salary of $60,000-$75,000, based on skills and experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Optimize team performance to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
- Develop and execute plans to meet quarterly business objectives.
- Manage daily operations, including staff development, evaluation, and discipline.
- Host regular training sessions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure accurate work orders and efficient packaging processes, collaborating with other teams.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by reducing waste and defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in plastics, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to read and create work instructions, perform basic math, and use tools and measuring devices.
