We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team in Eagan, MN. As a key player in our facility expansion, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including equipment validation and process improvement.
- Design and document new products through detailed drawings, internal label specifications, and work instructions.
- Conduct thorough equipment validation tests and create test studies to support first article inspection and documentation.
- Support quality standards, cost targets, and production schedules by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate products for corrective actions and preventative actions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide technical expertise to Sales and Marketing teams, showcasing prototypes and samples.
- Offer part cost information to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's or Technical degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Background in molding and injection casting, metal fabrication, packaging, labeling, or clean room processes desired.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms required.
- Experience with medical device validation an asset.
- Equipment validation is a critical requirement.
