Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturing processes and equipment efficiency.
- Design and document processes through work instructions, create detailed drawings, and internal label specifications.
- Lead equipment validation tests and test studies to support first article inspection and document processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, cost targets, and production schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Technical degree is preferred, open to equivalent experience.
- Background in either molding and injection casting, metal fabrication, packaging, labeling, or clean room processes.
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms.
- Supported the validation process for medical parts is a bonus.
