Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating maintenance activities on assigned shifts, selecting, training, and evaluating maintenance staff, and organizing maintenance work orders and optimizing team performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring timely repairs, as well as maintaining safety standards and enforcing company policies.
