Responsibilities
- Ability to bid and manage work from conceptual stage through completion
- Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
- Advanced computer skills with estimating software, also proficiency with MS Office
- Understand aspects of structural steel and misc. metal concepts
- Working knowledge of field operations and project management is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient who can apply these skills directly to estimates and constructability, to generate competitive bids.
- Must have the aptitude for the comprehensive reading of plan drawings and the ability to interpret project specifications.
