The Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Manage technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase the authority and visibility of our website.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improving organic search rankings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
