We’re IL Gelato, and we’re on the hunt for some seriously amazing Lead Baristas to help us brew up something special at our Flagship Store in Waikiki!

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Running the show: managing daily operations, leading the team, and keeping things smooth and delicious
· Serving up world-class coffee and top-tier service with a smile (and maybe a sprinkle of latte art)
· Keeping the vibes high and the standards even higher—clean, organized, and customer-obsessed
· Training, mentoring, motivating—be the person your team looks up to
· Solving problems like a champ and handling challenges with energy and style
What We’re Looking For:
· 1-3 years of barista experience team leadership in a coffee shop or fast-service restaurant preferred
· A natural leader who’s upbeat, hands-on, and all about that team spirit
· Strong attention to detail, amazing with people, and totally in love with coffee culture
· Bonus points for gelato obsession
