Major Responsibilities :
- Assist with tradeshow preparation, including :
- Managing paperwork and tracking deadlines, budgets, vendors, and orders.
- Handling contracts, electrical / lighting needs, carpet and furniture rentals, décor, and COIs.
- Registering staff badges and shipping marketing items (giveaways, decals, etc.) and samples to show managers.
- Support onsite tradeshow setups for NYC events, such as :
- Coterie at Jacob Javits (2x / year) and FFANY at the NYC showroom (4x / year).
- Assisting with décor and display setup, coordinating vendors (e.g., florist, catering), and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate sales meetings by :
- Ordering catering, scheduling models, and booking spaces for meetings in Dallas, New York, and Seattle.
- Managing display units and logistics.
- Oversee operations for the Seattle showroom, including :
- Managing access, shipping / receiving, and communication with building management.
- Maintaining supplies, décor, and arranging repairs.
- Maintain the showroom calendar, schedule photoshoots, and events, and ensure the space remains organized and presentable.
- Assist with company financial tracking, including :
- Bi-monthly credit card reconciliations, tracking receipts, and entering invoices into the budget tracker.
- Communicating with the finance team and vendors about payment confirmations and follow-ups.
- Plan and execute monthly team-building events.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, acting as the primary contact for FedEx, DHL, and other vendors.
- Order and maintain inventory for office supplies, including shipping, showroom items, etc.
- Coordinate miscellaneous needs such as construction, repairs, etc.
- Schedule quarterly cleanouts of storage areas, including organizing sample / trash pickups
- Serve as a liaison with the corporate office, building management, and outside vendors such as electricians, contractors, and movers.

Salary Range : The pay range of this position is $60K - $70K. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
