Responsibilities:
- Manages and provides analytical support in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs by gathering data from various internal and external sources, determining its relevance, and producing the results in a presentable product.
- Consult and communicate compensation plans, policies, and procedures to employees, management and HR team members, as well as providing guidance and making appropriate recommendations on specific issues.
- Serves as project lead on mid-to-long-term projects, or leads key aspects of large scale initiatives, including providing analysis, subject matter expertise, and making recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Ability to conduct thorough research, determine relevance of data, and interpret meaning of data
- Intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills including data manipulation, mathematical formulas, and data summarization
- Advanced organizational skills including the ability to balance multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality results in short timeframes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 5 years of human resources experience required, experience in a compensation function preferred. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certifications a plus.
